“Streaming South: Illuminations from a journey home” at the FSCJ Wilson Art Center, South Campus, August 24-September 16, 2015. Doug Eng, Jacksonville native and resident, explores nearby creeks and streams with his kayak and camera, revealing to us a world of wonder and natural beauty. “My journey home started when I walked out my door and opened my eyes to what was in my backyard. Finding and connecting with your own sacred places is an important part of caring about where you live.” The one year study includes exquisite views of Julington, Durbin, Deep, Lofton, McGirts, and Thomas Creeks interwoven with personal narratives and observations.
